The Project Velocity

is the measurement of how much work is getting accomplished on your project.

The project’s velocity is measured by simply adding up the estimates of the user’s stories that were completed during the iteration planning. It’s a simple as that.

We also calculate up the estimate for the tasks completed during the iteration.

These two steps are used in our iteration planning.

During the iteration planning clients are encouraged to give their input.
